Dr. Angela Veloudios attended The City University of New York at City College and The State University of New York at Syracuse, earning a combined Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude and Doctor of Medicine degree in an advanced six-year combined biomedical program. She completed her ophthalmology residency at Temple University Hospital as Chief Resident. Dr. Veloudios then obtained a distinguished fellowship for subspecialty training in Oculoplastic Surgery at the University of Toronto, becoming one of only 400 Fellows of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She was also inducted into the American College of Surgeons, a prestigious scientific organization that recognizes academic and clinical excellence.
Dr. Veloudios served as an Attending Surgeon and Clinical Instructor at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, The Eye Institute at Cooper University Medical Center, for ten years. She has published numerous journal articles on a variety of topics in her subspecialty.
Her current hospital affiliations include: The Wills Eye Surgical Center, Virtua Memorial Hospital, Cooper University medical Center and Lourdes Rancocas Hospital.
