Restylane® is a safe and natural cosmetic dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.
What is Restylane Made Of?
Restylane is the first and only cosmetic dermal filler made of non-animal-based hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance that already exists in the human body and is used to provide volume and fullness to the skin. The hyaluronic acid in Restylane is a crystal-clear gel called NASHA or Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid. NASHA is biodegradable and completely biocompatible with human hyaluronic acid.
Can Restylane Be Used Anywhere on the Face?
Restylane has been used in more than on million treatments in over 60 countries to correct a variety of wrinkles and to enhance the appearance and fullness of lips. However, it is currently indicated in the U.S. only for the treatment of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.
How Long Does Restylane Last?
Studies have shown that the average treatment results last six months or even longer. The unique NASHA technology helps maintain the cosmetic effect until the injected material is nearly gone.
Restylane lasts twice as long as collagen, so treatments are typically scheduled twice a year. Evidence shows that having a touch-up treatment before the product has fully dissipated will enhance the lasting effect.
How is Restylane Different from BOTOX?
Restylane is a natural cosmetic filler. In contract, BOTOX is a drug that blocks the nerve transmission and relaxes the underlying muscles. Many patients have been very pleased after receiving treatment with both products.
BOTOX® Cosmetic is the only FDA-approved treatment for the temporary reduction of moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in patient 18 to 65 years of age.
Ten minutes - a few tiny injections - and within days there`s a noticeable improvement. There`s not recovery or downtime. You can even received BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment on your lunch break. And results last up to four months. Individual results may vary.
How does BOTOX® Help Reduce Frown Lines?
Two muscles are largely responsible for from lines between the brows. When those muscles contract, they draw the brows together. As skin becomes less elastic over time, repeated frowning can result in those moderate to sever lines between your brows.
BOTOX® Cosmetic works by blocking nerve impulses, which reduces the movement of those muscles. With less movement, the skin surface gradually smoothes out, and the moderate to severe frown lines between your browns begin to fade.
What is BOTOX® Cosmetic?
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified protein. It is a nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily reduce moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in patients 18 to 65 years of age. During treatment, very low doses of BOTOX® Cosmetic are administered via a few tine injections directly into the muscles that cause those stubborn lines between the brows.
BOTOX® Cosmetic is the only treatment of its type approved by the FDA for this use. The treatment is minimally invasive and nonsurgical. It requires no recovery time and causes little discomfort.
Microdermabrasion is the most natural way to evenly and safely exfoliate the skin without chemicals or laser and is one of the most requested non-invasive cosmetic procedures. MegaPeel microdermabrasion utilizes crystals to gently resurface superficial layers of the skin. When a more aggressive treatment is necessary, vacuum pressure can be increased to evenly penetrate deeper layers of the skin. With MegaPeel`s advanced technology, you can receive customized MegaPeel microdermabrasion treatments to suit your specific skincare needs.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
Blepharoplasty can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It may be performed for cosmetic reasons or to improve sight by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient's field of vision. Blepharoplasty can be combined with a facelift or BOTOX® treatments to raise the eyebrows or reduce the appearance of wrinkles, crow's feet or dark circles under the eyes.
Juvéderm™ Injectable Gel
Juvéderm is an injectable gel that gently reverses many signs of aging in the face, including fine lines and wrinkles, crow's feet, thinning lips and loosening skin. It can also "plump up" the lips, sculpt the cheeks, and restore a youthful oval shape to the face. It is made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that works with collagen and elastin to give volume and support to the skin. Because it is non-animal-based and highly biocompatible, no pre-treatment testing is needed. Juvéderm comes in three formulas optimized for the depth of the area being treated. Results last about 6-9 months and can be made to last even longer with a simple follow-up treatment a few weeks after the initial injection.
Full, natural-looking eyelashes can now be achieved through a prescription treatment called Latisse™. Latisse is the first and only eyelash treatment approved by the FDA to help grow longer, fuller and darker eyelashes and treat hypotrichosis, a condition that includes having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.
Latisse contains bimatoprost, an active ingredient that improves the appearance of your lashes and is often found in glaucoma medication. While the precise science of the treatment is not known, research suggests that the number of hairs and duration of the growth process are increased by bimatoprost.
This prescription medication is applied topically to the base of the eyelashes once a day, after makeup and contact lenses have been removed and any other skincare products have already been applied. While it does not replace mascara, Latisse offers an attractive complement to help further enhance full, long and beautiful lashes.
The results of Latisse are visible after 4 weeks, with full results appearing after 16 weeks. You can track the progress of your results through photographs. Side effects of Latisse are rare but may include itching, redness or dryness in the eye area. You should not use Latisse if you have an active eye infection or broken skin or irritated skin on the eyelid. Call your doctor today to find out if Latisse is right for you.
